Both sales and service departments will get back to you same-day and emergencies are always a priority. At this time we will also schedule either a technician or sales on-site visit to address your needs. For true service emergencies, a technician will be to your site that day, as soon as possible. We have a 24/7 emergency line incase these scenarios happen outside of regular business hours.

We provide maintenance agreements, not contracts, so it’s entirely performance based.  When we expect a customer to be due for their next maintenance call, we’ll give them a call or send an email to let them know what kind of PM is expected and we can work on scheduling at that time.  If the customer would like us to come in sooner or later, at whatever interval they prefer, or not at all, no problem.  In some instances, we’ll work on contracts for customers if needed, but typically we just run with the maintenance agreement, which works really well.
