Job Description

• Full time (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm)
• Reports directly to the Service Manager to support activities of the service department
• Office workspace and team environment

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers, service manager, and service technicians
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Schedule service calls with customers by phone, email, etc.
• Computer data entry (ERP and/or Microsoft Outlook Calendar)
• Confirm availability and pull parts for service calls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service role with scheduling/dispatching preferred
• Advanced computer ability (experience with ERP system as well as Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Detailed and organized with good communication skills and a positive attitude
