Job Responsibilities
- Review service work orders to identify and quote maintenance or repair parts for industrial air compressors and related system equipment
- Work directly with customers by phone, email and/or in person
- Assist Zorn service to identify and order parts needed to complete work orders
- Assist Zorn sales to identify and quote parts for customers
- Communicate with vendors for pricing and delivery information
- Order parts and update inventory control system
- Receive and ship parts
- Maintain accurate parts inventory in the warehouse
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with customers
- Resourceful and ability to solve problems
- Must have some mechanical/technical knowledge
- Good communication skills (phone/verbal and written)
- Ability to respond to requirements in a positive, supportive and timely manner
- Proficient computer skills (outlook, ERP systems, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to operate a forklift and pallet jack (training provided)
